Yes, it is true! Get your OUPV, captains license, limited route, 100 Ton Masters Upgrade, assistance towing, and sailing endorsement Online. This is a National Maritime Center USCG approved online course in partnership with Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. The courses are accredited and soon to be part of the Criminal Justice Associate Degree.
Start on the 10th, 20th or 30th of each month. Courses are up to nine weeks long. During this time we will be helping you prepare your USCG application.
Does your employer have a Tuition Assistance Program?
As an accredited college credit class you may qualify for Tuition Assistance from your employer. We are part of Alliance - IBM program, DANTES, and most military branches. You may also qualify for a PELL grant.

We are very excited about the course; however it is not for everyone! You must be able to self-pass your studies so the course is completed within the minimum time period from your start date. You need to have good reading comprehension and be able to be self-taught.
