Blended Format - Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel (OUPV, 6-Pack)Instructor Captain Gary Kulibert, Explorer’s Guide Maritime Training at the International Boating and Water Safety Summit, San Diego, CA. The classroom portion will be held two days before the start of the conference which is March  4-7, 2012.

Class is open to both people attending the Summit and those who are not attending it.

OUPV Inland/Great Lakes Feb 11-12, 2012 Appleton Class is 8 am to 5 pm on saturday then 8am to noon. The course exam is given in the afternoon. You must start this class at least 6 weeks before the classroom portion to be able to take the final exam. Course is 40 hours online and 12 hrours in the classroom.
