Event description:

There are two classes being held back to back. First is the OUPV followed by the Upgrade to Master 100 Tons. PLEASE make sure you enroll for the class you want and pay in full or deposit. If not sure call Brenda 920-733-5500. Use this form to enroll for either class or both

LOCATION: Door County Economic Development Corporation; 185 E Walnut St, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235. From Hwy 42 traveling north, turn to your right on S. Neenah Ave then a left on E Walnut. 

OUPV class is for the 6-pack or captains license and covers three routes - Inland, Great Lakes, or Near Coastal, depending on your sea service. If you have 90 days of sea service on the Great Lakes you get a Near Coastal endorsement which can be used any place in the US.

Class Fee: $695 includes all course materials (student manual, plotting tools, charts, Rules book) and exams. There are four exams for the OUPV class.

Hours:December 6/7/8, 2019 continue on December 13/14/15. 

This is a 52-hour information-packed maritime training course, held over two long weekends and is ideal for anyone who is in a power driven vessel with passengers for hire on inland U.S. federal navigable waters.

Upgrade to Master 100 Tons Inland, Great Lakes or Near Coastal Route

Class Fee: $335 includes course materials, instruction and first sitting of the exams. There is one 50-question exam.

Hours:Masters is December 20/21/22, 2019 for 20 hrs. (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays), from 8:00 am-5:30 pm. for 1 weekend. Final Exam Sunday afternoon.
